1. FULL REFUND FOR CANCELLATION BEFORE 12 DAYS EARLIER TO CHECKIN.

2. 50% OF BILLING AMOUNT AS RETENTION IF CANCELLATION IS 09 DAYS BEFORE CHECKIN.

3. 100% OF BILLING AMOUNT RETENTION IF CANCELLATION IS BELOW 05 DAYS FROM CHECKIN.

Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above. Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received.

INCASE OF NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE HOTEL /RESORT RESERVES RIGHT TO CHARGE RETENTION TO THE PERSON/COMPANY, MAKING THE BOOKING.
