Cancellation Policy

1. FULL REFUND FOR CANCELLATION BEFORE 20 DAYS EARLIER TO CHECK-IN.
2. 100% OF BILLING AMOUNT RETENTION IF CANCELLATION IS BELOW 19 DAYS FROM CHECK-IN.
3. Please note that the above timeline and cancellation charges may vary depending on where the booking is made in accordance with the concerned Hotel policy and the booking confirmation voucher issued. The customer is therefore advised to check with the agents of WILDERNEST Nature Resort (Swapnagandha Resort Pvt. Ltd.) customer care center in relation to the cancellation charges and timeline.
4. Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of the cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
   Resort has the right to revise/suspend any tariff/package offered at any point in time.
5. We recommend you take travel insurance for such circumstances.

Shorten Stay (Early check-out)
Shorten stay is subject to the whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period. If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel.

IN CASE OF A NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE HOTEL /RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE RETENTION TO THE PERSON/COMPANY, MAKING THE BOOKING.
